Terms of Service

Reign Concierge is a private workspace for real estate agents with an AI concierge that engages site visitors, qualifies leads, and helps the agent organize follow up. It is a product of Reigny Day, the business registered as Reigny Day Planner.

Reign Concierge is software that assists the agent. It does not guarantee any specific business, lead, transaction, or revenue outcome. Results depend on the agent, their market, and how the product is used.

You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and to not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, send unlawful messages, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

The agent is solely responsible for their own compliance with all laws that apply to their practice, including fair housing rules, real estate licensing rules, consumer protection rules, and messaging laws such as TCPA, CAN SPAM, and applicable state and local rules. The agent is responsible for obtaining the consents required to contact leads by text or email.

Reign Concierge is a monthly subscription. Fees are billed in advance for the upcoming month and are not refundable for partial months. You can cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Each agent owns the data in their workspace, including leads and conversations. You can export your data or request deletion at any time. We act as a service provider for that data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reigny Day and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, leads, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the product or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
