Reign Concierge is a product of Reigny Day, the business registered as Reigny Day Planner. You can reach us at info@reignydayplanner.com.

Account information an agent provides such as name, email, brokerage, and mobile number; the leads and conversations created in their workspace; and basic usage data.

To operate the concierge, capture and manage leads, send the agent the account notifications they enable, and improve the service.

Reign Concierge, a product of Reigny Day, does not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt in with any third party or affiliate. Text messages are account notifications you enable in your settings. Message frequency varies with your lead activity, plus an optional once a day summary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting, AI, email, and text message providers, under contract.

Each agent owns their workspace data and can export it or request deletion.

Data is isolated per account and protected with access controls.

Opt out of texts by replying STOP or by turning text alerts off in settings.
