Text Alerts and Consent
Reign Concierge is a product of Reigny Day, registered as Reigny Day Planner. This page explains how agents consent to receive text messages, for carrier review and for transparency.
Agents sign up at reignconcierge.app, then complete this opt in inside their own account under Settings, then Alerts.
The opt in agents see

Enter your mobile number, then actively check the consent box below to turn on text alerts.

The checkbox starts unchecked. Text alerts only turn on when the agent enters a mobile number and actively checks this box.
Who receives texts
Only the account holder, a licensed real estate agent who has a Reign Concierge account, and only at their own mobile number. We never collect numbers from any third party, and we never text the agent's clients or consumers.
Where opt in happens
Inside the agent's own account. After an agent signs up and signs in at reignconcierge.app, they open Settings, then the Alerts tab.
How consent is collected
On the Alerts tab the agent sees a field for their own mobile number and an explicit consent checkbox that starts unchecked. The label on the checkbox reads: "I agree to receive account notification text messages from Reign Concierge, a product of Reigny Day, at the mobile number I provide. These are alerts about my own account, such as a new hot lead, plus an optional once a day summary. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help." Text alerts only turn on when the agent enters a mobile number and actively checks that box. Unchecking the box turns text alerts off. This is the only opt in path.
What we send
Account notification texts about the agent's own account, for example a new hot lead alert, and an optional once a day summary. These are transactional notifications, not marketing.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to stop the texts, or turn text alerts off in Settings. Reply HELP for help.
